We are having cereal for breakfast.   Alel, as I well know, gave up drinking coffee three months ago.  I’m wondering now if I will need a doctor’s order to reinstate this habit.  With better historical information about him, I would know whether these fads of his lasted long and/or were numerous.  Instead, I find myself locked into certain behaviors and habits that I find incompatible with my own inclinations.  And yet, I must also admit that it was the eradication of these inclinations that were the starting point for this experiment.
